John Morse will serve as our Club President. John recently retired as the Head Coach of the Nashville Aquatic Club after a remarkable 40 years of success in this role. Just to name a few of his accomplishments, John has coached more than 65 Olympic Trials qualifiers, 30 National Team and National Junior Team members, and most recently, the Walsh sisters (Alex and Gretchen) that both trained with him at NAC. John's role with us as Club President will be as an advisor working closely with the Board of Directors, Director of Competitive Swimming, and our full-time coaching staff. He will assist in our strategic planning and overall vision. We are so unbelievably blessed to have someone with his level of experience and wisdom guiding us!
Steve Jungbluth

Steve coached at the University of Florida for 12 years and has 27 years of college coaching experience overall. At UF, he spent his first eight years as the sprint coach where he coached 9 of the 10 fastest male swimmers in UF history, and the next four years in an expanded role as the Men’s Associate Head Coach. Steve helped guide the Gators to 10 SEC titles and multiple top-3 finishes at the NCAA Championships. He has coached 20 individual NCAA Champions, 13 Olympic Gold medal performances, and 31 Olympians. Steve’s most decorated protégé Caeleb Dressel holds World, American, and NCAA records in multiple events.
Prior to his time at the University of Florida, Steve has coached at Amherst College (Div III), Austin College (Div III), the United States Naval Academy (Div I), and Colgate University (Div I). His swimmers have broken numerous schools and conference records throughout his collegiate career.
Steve’s extensive time in a wide range of collegiate swim programs will be a valuable asset in collegiate recruiting advising for the Sporting Jax swimmers and parents.
Steve’s role with Sporting Jax Aquatic Club will include a focus on technical training for our swimmers. He will direct, support, enhance, and assist in the development of the existing coaching staff. Private technique/stroke analysis lessons with Steve will also be offered. Steve will advise the Board of Directors on strategy and growth of the swim club.

Susan LeVoy

Susan began swimming competitively in Nebraska and continued when she moved to Florida spanning 15 years. She competed for the University of Florida and swam at the Collegiate and Senior National level in the distance freestyle events. After competing in college she worked with swim camps and lessons until military life moved her and her family around the world for about 2 decades. Susan loves the sport of swimming and began coaching in the fall of 2022 with her youngest being on the team. Additionally, Susan works with children at a local preschool. She loves working with and encouraging kids in a variety of ways both in and out of the water. Susan is married with 4 children and stays very active.

Jill Prosinski

Jill grew up swimming competitively in St. Louis, MO. Her swimming career spans over four decades of swimming and coaching combined. Jill competed in the US Olympic Trials in 1988, and earned a four-year athletic scholarship to the University of Georgia. She swam for UGA four years and competed at the NCAA level.
Jill has been involved in swim coaching at all levels from swim lessons to summer league; high school to USA swimming. She began coaching right after college for Athens Bulldog Swim Club and has been coaching for Loggerhead Aquatics since 2014. She has a passion for the sport and an appreciation for the dedication involved to reach goals. Most importantly, she loves helping kids learn to swim and enjoy the sport. In addition to swim coaching, Jill is a personal trainer with a degree in Health Promotion and Behavior. She lives in St. Augustine with her husband and three sons. Her oldest competes at the collegiate level for the University of South Carolina, her middle son plans to continue his swimming career in college, and her youngest recently began his swimming journey!

Kelly Brewer

Kelly began swimming year-round at age seven in Oklahoma, quickly following in her older sister’s footsteps. By age ten, she became the Oklahoma State Champion in the 10&U individual medley and breaststroke, going on to compete at the next level, Zones. At eleven, she moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where she trained at Bolles through high school while attending Nease and Bartram Trail. One of her favorite memories from that time was being invited to compete in Australia her freshman year, following a top finish at the state meet.
Her first job as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and coach at the Williams YMCA sparked a lifelong passion for coaching. Since then, she has remained deeply involved in the sport from—teaching swim lessons, coaching summer teams such as the SJGCC Stingrays and JCP Porpoises and working with year-round swimmers on the North Florida Swimming team as well as UNF Masters. Kelly is passionate about helping swimmers of all ages understand the mechanics and technique of each stroke. She finds great joy in watching their confidence grow when everything “clicks.”
In addition to coaching, Kelly is also a certified group exercise instructor at the YMCA. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health science from the University of Florida. Outside the pool, she enjoys hiking, camping and Cardinals baseball with her husband and their son—who has recently joined the swim team, continuing the family’s love for the sport.
Sam McDaniel

Passionate about all things water, Coach Sam joins Sporting Jax Aquatics as a product of Steve Lochte's nationally recognized training program, a Division I athlete, and an internationally recognized coach through her work in the Middle East.
The wealth of international swimming knowledge Coach Sam brings—from living and coaching in the Middle East to competing at the collegiate level—has shaped her coaching philosophy to be social-emotional and process-based, with a strong foundation in drill work and endurance training. Her athlete-centered approach focuses on building confident swimmers while developing strong technical fundamentals.
Coach Sam has produced numerous FLAGS qualifiers in the United States, along with Senior Champs, Sectional, and Futures qualifiers, and has coached a large number of National Age Group Champions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Coach Sam is also a proud mom to three children—and enjoys traveling the world with them. When she’s not on deck, you can often find her surfing at Mickler’s Beach in her spare time!

With 20 years of leadership experience in the golf and hospitality industry, James has held executive roles overseeing operations, business development, and client relations at some of the world’s most prestigious resorts, private clubs, and tournaments. His proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional member and guest experiences will help guide Sporting Jax Aquatic Club as it strives to become one of the top competitive swim programs in the country. James will play a key role in driving growth, advancing the club’s long-term development, and positioning Sporting Jax as one of the premier competitive swim programs in the country.
Eric Jacob

Coach Eric has been a USA swim coach for over 16 years. He has coached all levels of athletes from developmental to elite age group swimmers. He coaches with enthusiasm and is able to communicate technique and racing strategies to all swimmers regardless of ability level. He swam competitively for over 10 years. He has experience working as a lifeguard, swim lesson instructor, an aquatics supervisor, and above all...a professional swim coach. Coach Eric brings extensive knowledge of the sport and brings that knowledge and innovation to the pool deck daily. Coach Eric has lead age group programs to top ten finishes (including a 2nd place finish) at the Florida Age Group Championships (FLAGs).

Chandler grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he was a competitive swimmer for 13 years. Alongside his swimming career, he has experience as a lifeguard, summer prep team coach, and club coach where he assisted and/or led multiple different age groups for over a year. Chandler loves to coach with as much enthusiasm and positivity as he can while also teaching the athletes lessons and mistakes he made in his journey as a swimmer. He has a passion for fitness and teaching and hopes to further his exercise education in the near future. Chandler's ultimate goal is to be as much of a positive influence as he can on athletes and help extend their knowledge and passion for the sport.

Zach brings a thoughtful, athlete-centered approach to coaching, shaped by his passion for swimming and a strong background in water safety and performance. He served as a rescue swimmer in the U.S. Navy, where he developed discipline, endurance, and the ability to perform under pressure. In addition to his military experience, Zach has worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both competitive swimming and foundational water skills. He focuses on building strong fundamentals—technique, efficiency, and endurance—while helping swimmers grow in confidence and resilience.
Zach is committed to creating a positive and structured training environment where athletes of all levels can thrive. He believes progress comes through consistency, intentional practice, and a supportive team culture. Whether he’s introducing new swimmers to the water or refining the skills of experienced athletes, Zach is dedicated to helping each individual reach their potential while developing a lifelong appreciation for the sport.

Michelle was born and raised in Jacksonville. She began her swim career at 7 years old with the summer swim league, Brierwood. She quickly took to the sport and began competitive training with The Bolles Sharks when she was 8 years old. Michelle swam for Mandarin High School where she was 3x All-Conference. During the summertime, she was a lifeguard and swim instructor at the YMCA. After graduating from UNF, she taught Kindergarten & 1st grade in Duval County for several years. Michelle is a mom to 4 kids (Sebastian, Athena, Atticus, & Lizzie).
